Well gentleman..thanks for talking me into building a new ss kit...
I was amazed how easy it was!!
All ive got left to do is paint the new body and try and get a replacement steeriing servo as the 1 i had just wasnt up to it...thanks again.

Do the SS kits still come with a Picco 26?

Stanbridges only had the 25s available..didnt ask buddy so i cant say for sure if they are or not.

I went made with the threadlock so should be ok...just gotta wait a few weeks ..save some cash for a steering servo..grrrrr

all shiny and new, just running in the engine on the road in-front of your house, your mobile rings, you pick it up, and before you know whats happened.. CRUNCH.. your nextdoor neighbor runs over it..

Bugger it... im going out after work to buy a new hitec 645 servo and some paint...Gonna finish this puppy off..

Looks great Steve! Ironically with the current cars I have I didnt get to build em - just modd em a bit, but I still remember my 97 WRX Tamiya that was great to build - I reckon its half the fun! Am keen to find something I can build next !!

Update.. all finished ..just have to install new steering servo tommorrow..im Wrapped on how the new body looks... i was surprised how great it came up when i finally peeled the outer protective skin off..
Next savy is the 4.6 kit at xmas...ye baby.. !super
