... will not take place this friday.

We went down tonight to start cleaning up, mow the lawns, pluck the weeds etc etc, and it was a little more than we thought. The track surface is raceable, but the facilities need some work done.

So, we plan on opening NEXT friday (the 7th oct).

Next wednesday (oct 5th) however, we are going to have another clean up. If we can get a few extra hands onboard it'll get done that much faster. Any club members, or any non-members who want to join, are welcome. Any whippersnippers and lawnmowers would be appreciated, as theres lots to mow! General cleaning needs to be done, but nothing strenuous. Anyone who has access to a plate compactor or preferably a roller would be most welcome!

Time will be 6:30pm start, no later than an 8:30pm finish. Remember, many hands make light work, so everyone is welcome.

The sooner we get things in shape, the sooner we re-open!

just so happens I have all next week off work, heh heh. I'll be there. Unfortunately I have none of the above required machinery to get the job done faster/better, but willing to come and help (and sneak the TA url onto the side of the table top with a stencil and spray pack) muh huh huh !lol

Is there anything off-road happening this weekend?

Is Rypers still running on Sunday Morning?

Dave seems pretty intent on having racing on Sunday, weather permitting.

Yeah we got the place looking respectable. Though it started pissing down raining. Unsure if we'll be racing tomorrow though, but it's not likely :(
