Thats one of the problems of X-Rays ... they make a new model every 6 months! ....
Everytime the engineer has a brain fart! RC-Mart carry some spares

Thanks BB,
Matt the first one on the link there could be agoer, but as mentoned below looks like i may have to buy another part with it for the saddle pack to fit that chassis.
Description:
This chassis is made from an extraordinary new composite material for light weight, excellent rigidity and toughness, and unique memory effect that returns the chassis to its original shape even after sustaining deforming impacts.
If you are using the composite chassis with an XRAY T1 or XRAY T1 Evo2, please note the following:
A. Minor Modification Required
You must perform a small modification to the chassis to properly mount the lower suspension pin holders with aluminum nuts to the front bulkheads.
On the area indicated in the image, please use a file or a motor-tool to carefully remove a small amount of material from both sides of the inner channel of the chassis as shown. This will allow the alu. nut to be used without touching the chassis. Be careful not to remove too much material so you do not make a hole in the chassis.
B. Battery Mounting
The alu and graphite battery mount that come standard with the T1 and T1 Evo2 kits will not fit on the composite chassis. You must use the #306105 Composite Battery Mount Set
ok, my opinion is to take it to get some light tuning done anyway - see if the small problem can be tuned out. we almost had it tonight!
secondly, my opinion is to buy the chassis and #306105 Composite Battery Mount Set. you need a chassis anyway, even if for spare as we know that they _can_ break in a race.

Yup i agree, do you have an avvount with them at all?
Ok next thing... CHECK THIS OUT!!! the belt tensioner is on the bottom!

check the 5th pic down!!!
its an illusion. it looks to me like theyre not using the tensioner _at all_ in those pics.
check the 4th pic. no tensioner, and i think its just for show purposes.

There is a guy down at our track who sells X-Ray gear. He is actually sponsored by Kyosho but runs X-Ray electric On-Road.
His name is Darryn Johnson. He is starting his own business Radius Models and will have an E-Store soon. He is well known in Canberra and used to work at Toyworld to get them started as an RC supplier.
He has been competing in On-Road electrics for 18 years so he knows his stuff.
If you stuck for parts call him

He gave me a business card so I'm sure he doesn't mind me putting his details up here.

I have an rcmart account. infact I have parts coming from them right now...
I could do with some more parts from them, so if you guys are considering an order, let me know and maybe we'll do it in one hit.
Cant you get a chassis that doesnt take saddle packs for that car? (eg, takes regular cell setup?)

Nah Dave didn't have the chassis plate i am looking for for the EVO 2. Most of the parts he stocked but couldn't source one in Aus.
Azzachaz i called that guy up...... THAT GUY IS A CHAMP!! he was so honest even tried to help me fix it by using ZAP glue instead of buying the product off him, now that is service most people would say yeah no worries mate give me your money.
I think I will order through RC MART
