I'm getting a new box for xmas! yay. organisation begins this weekend! hehe. I was in the shops with my girl yesterday, she asked me what i wanted for xmas, said she had some idea's, etc. I said.. errr..... (then out of nowhere, I say)... How about a fishing tackle box. she looks at me funny. "what you want that for, you dont go fishing?"... I explained how perfect they are for r/c stuff!.. she caught on after a few mins, and agree'd it'd be a great idea.

a long time ago i had a small tackle box for my r/c gear, anyway, time for a new one!

here she is :)

It's a Plano.. dont remember model no, but has over 30 compartments, fits my radio/charging gear in the bottom, and came with a cool bonus box, which conveniently perfectly fit's motor's and stuff in.. neat.

looking forward to being organised, and carting this box around wherever i take my gear!

So... what do you use? :)

Sick!! I reckon one of those and then a big kahoona thing like Joe has would be the perfect kit. Atm ive just got like a hook box, u know clear plastic with about 10 compartments.. def not big enough! Actually! now i know what to use my Kmart voucher on! sick! Thanks!

Joe: wtf would u call that big wheely bin thing you have??

yeh it's ideal. obviously you need something you can carry around easily, keep your gear in it, etc.

Ideally I like to be able to carry the r/c car in one hand, and the box in the other (with radio gear and parts/tools inside)

getting myself ready for a new year of RACING :)

Not sure what its called, but the one I have is made by Stanley...cost me 99 bucks from Bunnings.

Its a big chest with lift out trays to store my tools, storage compartments in the top lid, and it even has these fold out hooks which my monster truck sits in perfectly, so i can pull it around with the slide out handle and the truck sits on top perfectly!!!

Its HUGE...I can store a car inside it, all my tools, starter box, charger, fuel tin and my truck sits on top.

I'll get some photos.

In fact James, you'll see it tonight :D
