The AGM and Wind Up is fast approaching.
It will be held on sunday Dec 11th and will commence at midday.
This is not just the AGM, but will be the presentation of all of the trophies to the years top ranking drivers! There will be a bbq, and the track will be open for free practice.
As noted previously we are in need of people prepared to step up to the plate and take on executive positions within the WAORMA committee. With the Nationals just around the corner we need to offer all the support possible to ensure this not only a successful event, but one that is talked about for all the right reasons. This meeting will be everyones chance to have their say regarding WAORMA events/rules/etc.
Look forward to seeing everyone.

It's not actuallly a race day, just free practice.
KB, I would like to come down with my BK2, get some practise and run in on the track..(since I cant make the coming friday night race and have never ran on a track)... check out the scene, and meet up with all the cool cats from TA. :)
Is it a free for all for anyone interested? or members only? IM thinking of signing up...maybe I should wait till the new year? advise?

come down for a look, bring your r/c. it's probably one of the best times for a newcommer to try the track out and see what the club is about. :)

haha yeah, was my bad though I didnt realise that there was a meeting on in that demountable, I must have looked cheeky.
I didnt see the "no nitro trucks" sign though and the other drivers gave their ok so I thought I was good to go.
Live and learn I guess.

Haha nope, didnt see the sign, too busy checking out the track! Nice track, someone mentioned something about letting nitro cars onto the track in summer or something, maybe I'll come back then. Whiteman park is a bit of a hike from my place but might sign up there.
Either that or put some slicks on the truck and hit the road circuit :)
