Hi guys/gals I have just purchased a Ezilla 10 and I am willing to give it a go in a club enviroment. I also have a RS42 I know it's old but it gets down and boogies at 64KPH. The RS42 was only ever used as a suburb basher and i do not want to race that. I want to see what it is like to join a club and or even come down see how it goes before joining ?? Can someone point me in the right direction ??

Flame me if I posted in the wrong forum

Come down this Friday night to West Coast club in Bayswater with your ezilla. I'm sure they'll be a few ppl keen on checking that thing out. If you got the gear (batteries etc) race it. Nominations b4 7pm. Get straight into it, and don't be scared about joining. They'll be a few ppl on here that will help you out.
Your RS4 can be raced on the neighbouring track in Bayswater but the season is over till around Feb.

hey, sorry to jump on the bandwagon here, but im keen to start racing too :) I but feeling a little intimadated running as a newbie and causing too many "hacks" lol ..i got a BK2 with a monster stock...novice class for me im guessing :) will the new year start with a "beginners and newbie session" ?

Thats why we have a novice class! Now is a good time to start, we've had at least half a dozen new guys join west coast over the last few weeks, so you'll be in a class of people who are at the same level!

Just do it!

Right now, I think Bayswater is your best and only bet to run your ezilla. Carine don't like the emaxxes carving up the track. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Bayswater gets up to 9 emaxxes running every Friday bar last week.

i made an offer in another thread somewhere and it still stands: if you'd like to come racing and its your first time and youre not quite sure who to see, what to say and all of that... then PM me here and i'll arrange to meet with you on the night and you can setup next to me. i'll explain the race meet and how it works.

i was once a beginner and i know the feeling.

PM me, and you can pit next to me in the pit area. it would be a good night.

matt.

Well THE CLUBS don't meet again till next years racing season. Theres 5 interclubs each year, 4 now with Rockingham closing down. (Sorry had to clarify that one). If you're asking about Bayswater then jump on the West Coast forum for updates. As mentioned before theres two more race meets this year.....and both are on Friday nites.

Rockingham's interclub is now run at Ryper Hobbies. so still 5 interclubs :)
