Removing stripped pinions

Hey

can anyone help.

a pinion where the grub screw is stripped and cant get it off.

i have tried glueing a allen key in and i have tried drilling it out can anyone help.

drill it out with a cobolt drill bit, be careful not to heat the drill bit too much, it will grab and fuse with what your drilling.

Pinion Puller!!!

chop off the end of the armeature just under the pinion gear , that will get it off really easy without damaging the pinion gear

Try drill it out with your drill in reverse, then it wont screw the pinion in tighter but it will take ages!
