I'll probably go. it's a good excuse to get drunk and run amok. wait a minute... I did that on the w'end. oh well, it's a good chance to race r/c in another state, get drunk, and run amok.

Im thinking of going, also boys, my company (zest) gets bloody cheap prices on some of the hotels, i know on the goldcoast but i can check closer to the time if we can get cheap hotels close to the track...

VirtualRC (r/c simulation game) are adding the England Park facility to the game! obviously due to the 200mm IFMAR nitro worlds being hosted at this facility! http://www.virtualrc.com/worldtour/brisbane/brisbane.html

Although the site is obviously for the 200mm nitro worlds event, it gives all the information us "nationals EP" drivers need if we're going over.. acommodation, directions, etc, etc.

the facility should be absolutely awesome, considering a lot of time, effort and money is being put into the premises for the worlds

ok so will the nitro worlds be racing on the same track that we will be on in electric?

Sounds like a silly question but i cant seem to find anything on it? it looks like a big track!

is there a train that goes there? we could make it a fun trip there and back, plane takes 4 hours but we cant run amok on the plane with all the latest events:-(
but trains are unchartered territory we can get drunk be idiots etc etc

train? hah. plane is the only way ;)

now unsure if I'll make the event, too early to tell, but we shall see :)

from what I understand, the nitro track will be shortened for the electric event
