I have heard a rumor that OzD1RC will very soon be making custom 2 piece drift wheels with 'special' design drift only tyres. possibly even some hardcore alloy custom rims. guys you should get involved now and place some orders im sure if enough people are keen he might be able to do you guys some deals......

Ok, Ross has some photo's and should have them up online soon, we are actually still in the testing stage though and once i get my speed controler issues sorted out were gonna thrash the balls off of the tyres to see how they perform. They should work better than the last bunch as we have added a new feature for more grip/speed and steering response without losing much of the driftability of the old tyres.

Ill get ross to put up a photo tonight when he gets online of the New setup and we will start taking orders(they need to be made to order)

Ok, well i dont know if its my place to reveal the secrets of the tyres but i can however tell you its like a reverse yokomo drift tyre. Im not actually sure of the material used other than some rubber but they drift like crazy.

Yes, we found some new Yoko drift tyres for a good price that would have made making these redundant but the yoko's are pretty shit, they grip way to much and the speed you drift at gets dangerous(i broke a suspension arm and two 1c rims(very strong rims)).

We gotta get more poly then we should be good to go, you can supply rims for machining or we can supply some rims at extra cost.

They could be cheap enough to be considered a disposable item including rims but as my poly supplier has ceased trading on my work account ill have to see what price i can get the poly for in order to make an accurate estimate of cost overall... these wheels dont take 2 secs to make there is a bit of time that goes into them and thats where the main cost is..
