We race E-Maxx's there. The track is wide enough. There are a couple of 180 turns, but even with the disgusting turning circles on the Savage and LST you'll make it. :)

You need to see the track to see what I mean. The bigger the truck, the bigger the turning cicle. The larger trucks (Savage, LST) can make it but it will need some work (driving wise).

hell yeah bring it on .. 1/8 buggy , 2wd , mt , but what do the natzi electric drivers think of getting the track torn up but Nitro ? i reckon the track will hold up .. i mean i run MT electric and 1/8 buggy electric and i havent done too much damage have i ??

BUT yes would be awesome .. but summer bring hot , dry dusty high 30's , better off at the beach those days .. thus is why whiteman is running night meets .. but this will never happen at bayswater due to loccals ..

In Order for this race day 2 happen guys we need the numbers, !attentionwhore If the classes are large engough we will be able to seperate the fields 1/10, 1/8 big & small block.
The track was a 1/8 nitro track some years ago so no probs with the width of the track.
I think if this race meet does get of the ground it will prove that an electic "E" blow's the doors off any nitro monster :p

West Coast Committee will be having its annual monthly meeting 1/2/06 where I will asking on a vote from the other committee members for nitro racing @ WC.Its only with the support of the drivers & especially the commitment from people like PROPANE who are prepared to help the club become a better one. :) As this thread stated, it is an "expression of interest" so as much as I would gladly take your memberships, I am unable to @ this time. But as the VP of W/C I will be doing my best to get nitro racing happening at the BEST track in W.A if not Australia.
For those of you that don’t know the track it has a fully serviced covered pit area to cater for over 40 drivers, a 100% clay track for awesome traction, Canteen, Computer system with PA & a transponder system. The rostrum is currently under construction with the addition of wheel chair access. So I hope to hear from as many people as possible to make this happen :)
