Help running saved PSP game

I downloaded a saved game of GTA Liberty City have uploaded it to the memory stick in the set file, so that in the main menu it shows as a saved game, but when I load GTA I can't load it nor play it. Any ideas how to get it going?

It won't work, I've tried too. If I remember correctly, that was one of the games that you couldn't play a 'backup' of.
