Go to post reply and under the text window there is a attach file / image thing just browse and reply to thread... Is this what your talking about?? I also noticed last night that you can't attach a file in an edited post...

cool this worked perfectly. i resized my pics to 640x480 before uploading them and they are sized really really well. thanks for the help on this one.

as for uploading files (such as mpgs and so on) i get the error at my end as well. i dont know what the problem is but its on the to-do list. the logo up top there is first fix up (to have it resize perfect with the size of your browser. atm its just wide to accomodate 1280x1024 displays, and for people with lesser size it "appears" to goto the end of the screen (it actually goes way off screen)).
