I have a Winfast 200XP Deluxe
It is pretty good. It has teletext and can pick up all the local channels. The picture quality is never as good as I can get on the tv though, has a graininess to it.
I like it and run by video camera/vcr/dvd into it when I need to copy something quickly.
You HAVE to use the updated drivers from their webby though. Otherwise expect a corrupt OS install

I've got an external box at work. it has a remote control, composite in, coax in (tv), s-video in, and VGA out. It's just a generic chinese job... like $80 or something, works a treat.
nothing like a bit of oprah when work is quiet...

I have a DVB-T digital tv card (k-world vstream something..), its pretty good (as long as you get digital reception), but as usual the software really lets it down :/
