How to remove gummy stuff from body?

I just painted my el-cheapo Venom racing body (Skyline GTR). It is now iradescent purple/green. I'll take photos when I finish it off...

The window masks have left the sticky stuff on the windows. Anyone know how to get it off?

eucaliptus oil but b carefull it may remove paint if u spill it

Tried soapy water (hot). Did bugger all.

Got none of the other stuff you guys mentioned.

Final solution: Zippo Lighter fluid (or other brand). Use liberally on a rag/paper towel and wipe straight away. The glue comes off instantly. Polycarbonate seems to be unaffected.

yeah we use that stuff at work to remove cutting wax

X-55 = Zippo fluid

its good to use on poly and acrylic as it will not eat in to plastic but its not a good thing to get on ur skin id use rubber gloves if u r using it
