I got a card left in my mailbox yesterday when i got home from work.. they'd come past my house to drop off the mini-T.

doh. so i phoned them and arranged for them to re-deliver to my work.. so I'm sitting here at work, itching for it to arrive!! haha

I even bought in batteries, and everything to whip it out of the box and start hacking in my office!

I might go make a track in the spare room during my lunch break, and carve it up :)

*itch itch* !lmao

It's here! I ripped it out of the box, put batteries in it and started hacking in my office! This thing comes with a RAMP you can setup, so cool. I've already had it airborne haha.. the factory suspension truely is crap. glad i ordered the losi oil shocks too! doesnt come with oil though, doh! so gotta buy some.

it's fun! it pop's wheelies no problem in the office on carpet... haha

pics soon!

out of the box it's a bit average on four AA's. you can run it upto 7AA's.. (rig up more batteries with a hack job) or get propper batt packs for it, or the best solution. lipo batteries.

the stock motor is okay, it will wheel stand when hitting forward after reversing.. looks mint. lots of fun. The losi speed motor is only like $15. I'll probably get that or something simular for now until I can afford the Castle Creations MAMBA brushless system. (which would then require aftermarket reciever and servo too).

at this point i just wanna get the oil shocks in, and get it to the track for some testing.

office hacking is loads of fun, and right outside my office is a mint dirt area which I just hacked on, way cool. I'll get a pic of the hack area for ya :)

more to come!

just re-charging my '15 min' AA's hehe

The oil shocks make a HUGE difference.

Also a set of NiMh AAs are a worthwhile investment. Better run time and a bit quicker.

I find the speed of them quite good for running around in the lounge room, especially 3 at a time

trqsteer, haha busy busy.

toxxic, last night i put the losi oil shocks in it and firmer springs, it's way better than the stock rubbish. Also tried the 6-cell 2/3a battery instead of four AA's. man it boots okay for the stock motor. it'd be awesome with a modded motor or brushless :)

Im thinking about heading to Ryper's indoor mini-T track on Monday for a blast, see how it goes :)

Sounds pretty cool!

I am gonna grab myself a iWaver for indoor usage, nitro is to much of a pain in the ass, mini rc definatly seems the way to go!
