Very nice!! Did you narrow the rims or are they just narrower rims???
Once I chop mine, the offset should be pretty good also ;)

and no foam inserts in the tyres! hehehe
yea i might have to chnage that.. i did a very small amount of driving with it today.... and i think it needs some kind of insert in them

Nah no inserts, fill the tyres with ball bearings for more weight down low when your crawlling ;)
that sounds like a pretty kewl idea.. or sand maybe... make them harder to turn tho.... highlights the need for HARDCORE servo's.... might have to buy those cheap towerPRO ones from ebay.. .
i use one of those on the throttle on my 1/5th - had no troubles and has easily enough power to on the brakes to bring 12 kg's of weight going 60 km/hr to a stop.

JD thats good to know... esp that u had no drama's with it.....
thanks RB... yea it came up pretty kewl.... what a nightmare to do tho... i stuck a sheet of spray mask to my PC screen to cut out the design on the TB-02 shell.... hahah took like 4 hours to cut out...
is that all the lift u got joe?? hahaha but is that the stock chassis i still see in that pic?

Nah it definitely goes higher than that, the can is all I had at the time though!!
Yep still stock chassis, Bender SW2 is sitting on my bench awaiting a lathe motor for the stampede tranny :D
ahhh ok wiked... lathe motor eh..... talk about torque plus..... i am using a stock kyosho silver can... it works really well climbs over anything.... what links have u got in that chassis? still the traxxas links? i noticed ur using the emax shocks?

Yeah I got e-maxx links top and bottom, will be using the top ones as the bottom ones soon, and the stock links in the top....the new chassis has link mounts which require the stock links.
The maxx shocks are on, but dont work too well cos the springs are a little bit stiff!!

how much longer are the emaxx links that the traxxas ones? my servo's finally arrived yesterday YAY! they are HARDCORE!!! haha not like the crappy stock ones haha they acan go into my TB-02 and BK2 now... not the stampede tranny thats a direct gear to gear drive isnt it? no belt?

Jai, e-maxx links and t-maxx links are exactly the same. If I recall, they are 96mm.
ahh kewl... a full 20mm longer than what i have.... what dogbones are you using?
BALISTC

Not a dogbone in sight....I'm using E-maxx telescopic driveshafts with modified yokes to fit the TLT diffs, and Stampede transmission :D

have you got pics of the trans and drive shafts? i might have to make some further mods to make mine a little longer.. hahaha... always a problem when you dont have enough length
