obtaining blank setup sheets

i would like to get a hold of blank setup sheets. these are the sheets you take note of your cars setup on.

Does it have to be for any specific car? Cos I think the HPI website (www.hpiracing.com) has setup sheets galore (blank and suggested). Look under Instructions.

there are some filled out ones in the latest Racing Lines mag.

You could copy them and then photochop out all the answers.

I've got setup sheets for my Losi XX-T and Losi Mini-T, they even provide some pre-filled in for certain track's, setup's or specific to a racer (kinwald, matt francis, etc).

I still havent found one for my Tamiya TB-02. I found one in, i think german, which isnt much good to me haha.
