I was planning on using the sim you recommended, (http://n.ethz.ch/~mmoeller/fms/index_e.html) and the Radio is a Model Flight rebaded radio, I think.

The trailer connector is like this:

Ok, so I have found that the radio is also used for the eSky Honeybee, if that helps.
