it's HUGE. thats not the track next to the offroad track they ran the 05 off-road worlds at? (italy) ? hmm familiar.

How would these guys set up their cars (gearing / turns of motor) because it has such a long straight, but yet the middle section is pretty tight?

They had the Warm-up Event last weekend, and Orion was testing its new endbell AND a 6x1 motor. Marc Rheinhard was clocked at 45mph (72.4 km/h) down the main straight using a radar gun.

Marc Reinhard pretty much unstoppable!

Vicktor Wilck's XRAY T2 set fastest lap of the meet with a 17.4. Reinhard around 17.6's.. there's not much in it! rumor also has it that Victor ran the same set of tyres for the whole meet, where others ran a new set every run. Apparently the tyres were very expensive too $40USD mounted (i believe) from the local on-site shop. 'ch-ching'

cant wait for the actual meet, hope there's a vid feed... awesome to watch.
