I'm starting to get pretty anoyed with my local hobby shop ~:( ....generally just bad customer service all the time.....does anyone know which shops are the best around Newcastle, Central Coast or North Ryde areas of NSW....the only two I know of are Frontline Hobbys and Newcastle model autosports in my area.

i bought my buggy from frontline hobbies in newcastle, very friendly people but i dont think the staff are too knowledgable on RC cars but there _are_ a lot of products so i think its not smart to think someone should know everything.

i regularly goto Wings N Things at 300 Victoria Rd in Gladesville (which is 5 minutes from Ryde). the boys there are good, they get stuff off the shelf to let you have a look at it which is pretty good too. and, they hold stock of a _load_ of RC stuff. its one of those shops where i walk in to buy a battery and walk out with tyres, shock oil and the latest Racing Lines magazine.

arggghh how addictive is this hobby.

here is a map for Wings N Things...
