Im guna start mucking about with the suspension in my truck to get it handeling better. How do you guys measure the wheel alignment or is it just a matter of adjusting a bit and driving to see if it works ?!
duratrax make camber tools... theyre a plastic sqaure shaped thing, and it allows you to adjust camber negative or positive. a similar tool is used for the toe in and out
for suspension on trucks - i have no experience in this field. for buggys i beleive it is soft at the front and medium at the rear. it could be the same or way different for your setup. i will let someone else answer this part of your question.

I use a CD jewel case, up against the side of the wheel to measure camber. i dont measure exact camber as such but at least i can get both sides equal.
my losi XX-T truck runs about 1deg neg rear, 2deg neg front, slight toe out front. standard toe in rear.
