View Full Version : Stick Controllers
Guys, little bit of future planning here.
I was wondering what I might upgrade to after the Mars R. I like using the Mars so much that I have no intention moving away from it unless it stops working. And the current crop of TX's dont really appeal to me. well perhaps the Helios :P
So...i started thinking about the good ol stick controllers.
Im looking for one that is high qaulity, will accept a spectrum module, and really only need 2 channels as I dont have any intentions to fly or sail.
Would appreciate any model suggestions, so I can start rolling the research out.

There's a DX-6 out there - thats a pan controller.
I've got a 3PK with Spektrum - best radio I've ever owned.
thanks Hyper8Pro. OK. The DX-6 is targeted towards flyers and is a 6 channel controller..
Is 4 - 6 Channels the norm when looking at high end sticks?
Does anyone make 2 channel sticks any more?
mmmmmmmmmmmm well so far, this is on the top of my list. anyone can beat that? http://www.kopropo.com/vantage_R.htm
Does this beat yours http://www.airtronics.net/super_exzes.htm
hrmmm not bad not bad Pony... KO is still winning in looks imo.
and if thats based off the M8, surely thre must be a M11 counterpart?
However... the Sanwa may just creep up there IF my suspicions about the vantage may be discontinued comes true.
well its not available through shopatron anyways. dang...
What about this then http://www.helgerracing.com/dbreaknewshome/darticles/d5kovantage3/d5kovantagepage.html

Cheers
pony, thats getting closer. its ko, and can take spectrum..
niiice.
why change stick is shit,
just practice alex,,
and the best is the one george uses the hitec..
ill practise with either type of controls MJ ;)
As I said, IM not moving away until the Mars R cant perform anymore.. I just want to look at my options, and I have always like the stick controls over pistol grips.
if only they are cheaper!
We all like options :)
