This year there were no 1/12ths. Anyone wanna get a couple? 3 of us could run and be the states top 3 drivers! lol
Talk is that there are a large handful of boys running 1/12ths at next years states, yepp. This would be an awesome class to run in.

People probably running 1/12th:
James Mandy (WA)
David Simms (WA)
Rhys Marshall (SA)
James McClean (SA)
Alex Yapp (WA)
Matt Webb (WA)
Rob James (WA)
TaffyJnr (WA, Bunbury)?
Michael Hancock (WA)?
There's nine already, if they run that is... I'm sure we could get more too :)
Id be interested.
Would need to see how much they are.
I think they are suppose to be lower end of the price of cars tho.

$180us for the associated RC12L4
$195us for the trinity black widow
$325us for the corrally SP12X
They run standard 540 motors, and 4 cells, so all our standard electronics would fit.

Been talking to Dave and he can get the Corally SP12x or the Associated RC12L4 in.
The Associated is about $200 cheaper than then the Corally.
So it looks like I'll be getting the Associated even though the Corally looks shmick, but its not worth the extra $200

On a Quicker note.....
For every 1/12 sold by dave goes into a draw to win a body (Painted
I'll post pics of body when I've painted it.
Should be early next year. Waiting for the body to arrive.
The body will be on show at Rypers when done.

Dave is going to try to do a bulk order of the Associated RC12L4.
If you are interested let him know because if there is enough of use he will try to get them cheaper for a large order. If you know what I mean.
In short...The more of us , the cheaper the cars.

Just spoke to Dave... As long as he gets at least 10 people wanting RC12L4's, then he can get them for $275! So give him a call and put your name on the list!

What sort of design would you like on the 1/12 raffle body.
I've got an idea but am curious to see what other people would like.

avoid blueish grey colors if you can. The carpet is blueish grey and the car may be hard to see...
