Only if I can run steel bumbers on my T4. Otherwise it would get trashed, na I'm just worried she'd drive it better than me......I'll put in the question and ask, I'm sure she would if there was another lady racing.

Iam a rookie and never had a proper club race. I have an evader st out of the box (only changed the battery to 4600 and rims to losi) does this make me eligable.
I was put on to this thread after asking class clarification questions on my own thread.

Nominations in by 6:45, but the earlier the better.
Friday nights at Baywater is on Colwyn Rd, Between Katanning St and Moojebing St.
It's all lit up so you can't miss it. If you need help with anything just ask anyone, 99% of the racers are friendly enough :P

is the brushless rule going to be adhered to on the night?
because last week i heard that some pll may be allowed to run them because they are novice, new and thats all they have.

i don't want to turn up and find the rules being bent when i've told ppl they cant use my truck.

It was a great turn out for the novices event last night, I think there was 17 competitors in total.

Big THANKS to Johnnyboy and the WC crew for getting the track ready on such short notice and to Darren the hobby shops for their support and donations of the prizes.

Dont forget that this Novice event finishes up next friday night, so hopefully everyone can make it back for the final round April 27.

Yeah, my brother enjoyed it.
raced pretty clean in the qualifiers and i was pretty happy not to have a broken buggy, and then he got newbie nerves in the final and speared off the track a few times.
All in all a good night, and he mite be a convert.

who is looking like they will win it at the moment, any names?

i think its bein based on more than just winning, like getting out and marshalling after racing, clean racing, not leaning on the rail of the rostrum and not swearing when some hack knocks you off the track:P
