Ok, I'm considering finding a micro onroad car to make use of my mamba brushless when I get tired of my mini-t.
I found this

What do you guys reckon? I've already had a HPI micro, so would prefer to try something new. The regular xray m18 is available quite cheap from overseas, but would require a lot of parts to get it up to mamba status.

less than $170AU I think. Will have to see what the credit card statement says to know for sure, but according to XE, it was about $164AU. www.b-p-p.com have the special at the moment. better get one while you can!

Ok, this is my next project. I will have to wait for my new credit cards to arrive (since I already cancelled them), but by then, centrelink would have paid me more money to finance this expedition.
I am going to turn this.....

Should cost less than $250AU (~$122 kit, $122 chassis).
Micros are taking over...

M18 is nice... There's some wicked ones on www.one18th.com
It'd be fun to do, you could swap the mamba between the mini-T and theM18, or just buy another mamba.
Someone needs to invest in the Mamba USB link, so we can 'tune' the ESC's. :)

Admittedly off-road is great. I am having an absolute ball just driving my newly stretched TLT-1 around the backyard. But, there's no reason to compromise....I still love onroad. There's always a time and place for going just all out stupid fast with wickedly predicatable handling. SOme onroad cars are breathtakingly beautiful....like my pro4 :P
