Finally got my ass into gear and got this thing assembled and ready to run for tomorrow .
Chassis is a HPI Pro 4 , motor is probably overpowered with a mamba max 7700 and ill throw some 4200s in there for juice .
Its running Yokomo drift tyres but ill pop some ABS or something on it during the week .

So how does it go with the 7700?
I see you havent done the Castle recommended cutting off of the plugs and soldering them directly to the esc.

hey Nuts , nah , still havnt tried it out , i get home too late to test it but hopefully tomorrow is going to be a goer .
Im not going to be cutting the plugs either as im going to be ordering a few more motors in the next month and plan is to just transfer ESC in and out of different cars as ill velcro it down for easy removal .
Ill pop a video up once ive given it a run

Ok , finally tried it today .
WAY TOOOOOOOOO overpowered , its actually rediculously overpowered for drifting .
Only thing that was fun was getting to speed slowly but surely then doing massive fishies for about 40 meters but nah , wasted motor in this car , ill throw a stock 540 back in when i get time .
