At the end of the day,it wouldn't be cheep to hire that place,
and $5 is cheep entertainment for some of the things you get to see.
Guess we wont be seeing you then.

More to come like lots of planes in the air at one time, one wheel touch n go's (including a figure 8 side swap), wing tip draging, tail draging and some pretty awesome 3d flying.

Hmmm, might have to make the final cut a youtube movie

PLEASE 'Right Click & Save' the movie

HAHA, how pissed would you be, flying about and someone just runs straight into your plane.
You know if it did much damage ??? Didn't look mega bad

Stone : That cub your flying, is that a good 1st plane or alittle more advanced ???

THe Cub is a excellent first plane but its more suited to indoor flying because of the weight and size of it. If you want something more suited to outdoors then the GWS Slow Stick is the way to go, plus it doesnt need special radio gear like micro servo's and rx...

I think both planes were back in the air before the end of the evening and they guy who crashed into the biplane warned everyone when he went back up and still had two near misses.

Here is another one of Geoff doing a wing tip Touch N Go:

I'll do some edit of all the footage over the weekend or tonight and get some more up. There was some awesome flying last night and it was well worth the 5 bucks.

LoL,once the wing tip touches the floor the props next!!

Wilky, tis a perfect trainer! Trouble is when you want to fly it out side its always to windy. But when you do get outa bed early enough when its calm, the skys the limit bro! Pardon the pun. I love doing CARRIER landings, and take offs,FROM THE CAR ROOF!!

Seeing you guys with your cubs, pico and slow sticks taking off in about 1.5 - 2 mtrs inside with no wind was amazing. So I can imagine with a little wind it would be even less.

Geoff I was taking to my dad yesterday and he doesnt want a Slow Stick anymore, he wanted to get the Extra 290 or 300 foamy and I promptly told him that he needs to learn how to fly belore he goes there. :)

Finally got that radio ordered and it should be here middle of next week. I'm going under the knife on wed. so I will have time (if I'm not in to much pain) to build it later in the week.

Ha ha,Newbies.
Be carful wen you go under the knife mate, dont trust em.
First they ask ya to get naked and leave ya arse exposed
out of the garment, then they tell ya to count to ten but you never get that far,THEN ya wake up feeling like shit, and chucken ya ring up, feel like that for hours, then if ya dont die
they shove ya out the door! LOL
Hope all goes well mate.
Say happy birthday to your cook for me.

Heres the latest from last thursday night. This movie is mainly just the 3D element of the night. At one stage the Extra 330 was only a arms length away from me and this guy really knew what he was doing, very impressive!

Cool as ,aye I started to make a Hydro foil plane last night and when I had already cut out the main "wing" I looked at it and went,oh bugger thats not big enough to be slow enough for indoor. So I bailed that project and put the gear into my Flatana.
Should be much nicer to fly with expo and duel rate too!
Guess we'll soon see.
