Indoor again this thursday night,I need a fresh model.
Stoped in at the foam factory today and picked up two sheets of 6 mm depron.

a million diffrent ideas,which one to go for..............

Ok so I cheeted and stole the basic dimentions of the wildfly 3D ,the more time I spent thinking what to build,the more I thought it would never get done by thursday night.

so here it is painted and cut out,now for the fidly bit.

Where do you get the foam from? I might look at making another slow stick with a flat wing.

Well it all gone to shit,I didnt get to rive the delivery ute this week so Im almost out of epoxt,I also needed CF rods and couple of diffrint size pianp wire.
Will have to spend tonight getting to Wildfly back in the air.

That sheet of depron cost $20 from ,well I was told it was called the foam factory,but when I got there it was called somthing else,its on Norma rd in Myaree.just off Leach Hwy.

the las bit I got was from Clark rubber in Joondelup and I think it was over $30 a sheet for 6mm.It also comes in 3mm,think it was half the price.

Mate I dont recon the stick will fly very nice with a flat wing,and a wing that large would need CF rods in them if you built them flat,BUT with a few well placed razor blade slices and some epoxy you would soon have an under cambered wing like it has now and probly not need the CF.

So anyway it flew,just like the bought one even.And I crashed it too,just like the bought one.Its still repiarable but I just dont know wether to bother takeing it this thursday night.Last time with the first wild fly I felt like it was only a matter ov time befor I crashed into some pore bugger.
