Guys , did a bit of research on these Feigao 9XL motors and found that their blody powerfull as all **** .
I innitially bought mine for the EMaxx but today as i went to grab the Emaxx to do the conversion , i heard another car i had lying around screaming for some attention , i looed over and it was one of my 1:5 scale 2 strokers .
I dont think i need to say more so check the pix .

540 size motor next to the feigao .
I also converted and redesigned a prop adaptor to fit the pinion gear off the original 1:5 scale engine .
Now fits perfect , no slop what so ever and its bloody tight so no chance of it coming loose .

This was the hard bit , actually mounting the motor to an existing bracket of some sort but i got it lined up , drilled and sweet .
I still got to play with those spacers as i dont know how but i fell about 3mm short when i cut them so ill go tomorrow and buy more tubing to make some new ones so the pinion sits plum with the spur gear .

Looks totally empty now but ive removed a good 4 - 5 kg off it now removing the engine and fuel tank .
Conversions done today went all sweet and what i like about it is its 1 of those 100% correct conversions where theres a bit of modifications and custom stuff made for it but its all perfectly aligned , tight and no chance of it falling apart if you know what i mean .
Below is the 6S 22.2V 3000mah lipo pack motor killer

Cant be fagged with the electrics tonight so ill save it for the weekendnow but this things gonna rock , in fact i reckon its just going to be stupidly overpowered , too light and not worth taking out as you wont be able to keep it straight but will be interesting
