I ordered a Panther Pro conversion kit last saturday for my yet-to-arrive Xray M18.
I had a couple problems with these people. Firstly, on the status page for my online account, it has said "processing" all week. I enquired on tuesday, wednesday and thursday about this and only got a reply yesterday saying it was shipped. Fair enough. I think what may have triggered the response was because I was asking if anyone on the one18th forums had any problems with Motek (a big chunk of their business I suspect).
Dunno whether I'm too happy with them posting my personal details on the site though (full name, order#, tracking# etc).
Anyway, as it turns out, my order was delivered today(friday)! That has got to be the quickest I've EVER received anything from overseas.
So, if anyone ever wants a hop up chassis for their M18 or Micro RS4, check them out. Apart from the communication hiccups, I'd still order from them (just ask the one18th crowd).
