For some reason, this site can be really slow sometimes. I persisted, and ordered a set of Topcad Aluminium Wheels, motor heatsink mount and rear motor guard, all for my mini-t.
I kept checking my order status everyday after I placed the order and noticed its status wasn't changing. It said something like "address approval pending". After a few days I emailed them asking what was going on. I got a reply within 5min stating politely that I needed to prove myself and my shipping address. Easy enough (scanned a bank statement). Account was sorted out 5min after that.
While RCMart *should* have contacted me straight away regarding this, I would still buy from them. Service was very friendly and even with the order delay, it only took 1 week to arrive!! !clap
