Racing on at Carine Sunday 25 May.
$10 (members $5)
There's power and I'll bring a marquee so there's shelter for another few tables if there's a sprinkle or 2.
Gates open 9am, nominations by 10am, racing underway 10.30am-ish.
Keep your skills sharp at (we reckon) the west's best winter track.

Thanks for the timely reminder/map Matt.
Don't be put off by the forecast of rain as Carine copes with it much better than Bayswater and unless it's awash on the day, we'll be racing.

Given the grim weather this afternoon and a wet forcecast for the morning we are calling off Carine Sun 25 May. I inspected the track at 3pm today and it was excellent other than 3 small puddles but there's been a fair downpour since and more is on the way overnight.
In future we will notify of an event at Carine 1 rather than 2 weeks prior as it's easier to predict what our chances of having decent weather. We may be looking at next Sunday if the weather outlook is good (just need it to be fine overnight and that morning)

The weather looks like all of the long weekend will be a write-off as far as RC racing at Carine. Anyone would think it was winter!
lets hope the rain F**ks off !smack for the interclub in a few weeks :p

i have gotten use to the handling of my b4 and it really helps as becoming a better driver
...i've heard that once you can drive a 2WD buggy well you can practically drive any other car.
