Current WAORMA Rules?

Can someone direct me to a link of the current rules?

Thinking about racing again - I hear alot about 17.5T BL Stock, is it within the WAORMA rules for 2WD and 4WD?

With a morgage I doubt I can afford to run a Maxx ever again - looking at getting into 2WD on stock brushless if its ratified (would be cheaper for me)

Alot of the Mod guys (such as yourself) are still around but stock is ever changing year to year with new people always comming and going, but thats always going to happen.
