Stopped by at some new building (and carpark) in Stirling tonight. Nice new tarmac and very well lit. Pulled up to the driveway.....lights go out (12pm). Spewin. Went to a friends place for a coffee. On my way home (1:20am) the lights were back on so I stopped and took out my toys.
Ran the M18 to drain the pack. Needs softer tyres cos it spins out due to the awesome horsepower of the Beast. Nice to see it not get flipped up from random pebbles.
Took out the Mini-t (fully charged). Went so fast I forgot about the huge speed bump in the middle of the road. BANG! DEATH ROLL! Landed upright so drove it back to me. Sounded weird but couldn't see any damage so kept going.
Pulled a wheelie, truck started to wobble, DEATH ROLL #2! Landed upright again so drove it back. Saw that the rubber came off the wheelie bar wheel which is why it was unstable. Rubber now doesn't really sit nicely on the wheel due to it getting scraped on the road. Also noticed wheelie bar was loose so will have to check it out tomorrow.
All in all, a crap night for driving, but nice to know there's a decent place to run at night.
