Here we go blokes , last year i had abs , and from then to now lets just say its GOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEE .
I will be at the beach from new years day for some hollidays but need to get rid of the junk food belly by then .
I need to know what are the best excersises to do for a 6 week crash course gut cut .
its been a week now ive eliminated junk food down to once a week , no more soft drinks during the day ( apart from my 1 red bull that i so look forward to when i get home from work every night ) and i have 2 biscuits a night while working on what im working on in the garage every night .
Im far from the fittest bloke and am now more a bloke who went from body building to sitting on my ass when im not working but this last week hit the treadmill in spurts being ill do 800 meter jogs on it about 3 or 4 times a day .
Anyway , help me out blokes , need to lose this thing fast and apart from the Red Bull every night ive got control over any other thing so give me best tips or excersises best for 6 weeks results .
Adam .

Try this;
http://www.totallynatural.com.au/15-day-detox-program.htm
15 day detox program, you can get it through your local chemist for around $90. I used it last year and am going to do it again soon. I stuck to the plan (no eating junk, no booze etc etc....) and lost 6kg in 15 days (have since put it back on!!!).
Makes you crap for the first few days as it cleans out all the nasties from your body, but make you feel heaps better when it is finished.
Interesting to see how you go.

Those detox things are a waste of money.
Best advice RB is to simply exercise more, and drink more water.
Obviously by cutting out the crap food you'll have reduced your calorie intake, so to lose weight you'll have to maximise your calorie expenditure. The average bloke uses about 2700 calories/day, you can happily eat 1700 and lose 1000/cal per day with no additional exercise. At that rate you'll drop 1kg/week.
If you up your exercise to say 1000cal/day (about an hour cycling/jogging/cross training etc, then you'll drop twice that, so 2kg/week.
If you do more exercise than that you'll need to up your intake a bit to fuel the weight loss.
Second best tip i can give is to drink lots of water. In most people the thirst desire is so weak, it gets mistaken for hunger, so you eat instead. Next time you're hungry try drinking 250ml or whatever, and wait 20mins, odds are you wont be hungry.
Then theres eating at the right times, obviously eat breakfast, but you should eat 5 times/day. Morning, mid-morning, lunch, afternoon, and dinner. Do not have any carbs with dinner, so no rice, potato, pasta, bread etc, just go a nice piece of meat (protein), 150gm or so, and lots of salad or veg.
You cant really target belly flab, but do lots of cardio exercise and it'll go from everywhere, but me more noticable wherever the most flab is.
Just doing that with no exercise, i dropped 5kg in 10 days.
I'm down 45kg total so far.

ill try the bananas and KBs advice but i think theres no such thing as instant gut remedy and its a long term job .
As far as my weight goes , im 5.9 and weigh 70 on the dot so my weight is right but i just have to shift where it sits .. lol .

I'm 6'4", and between 105-110kg depending on the day and set of scales. For my height i should be about 92kg though, so have 10-15kg more to drop. I was going to the gym heaps, but just got bored with it and do bugger all now. But i still watch what i eat, i will eat chocolate, pizza etc, but in moderation.
Getting a dog was good too, getting out walking at least an hour a day helps, and if i ever dont feel like going, he comes and reminds me i dont have a choice in the matter!

Its soooo weird how you perceive people .
KB , i pictured you a 5.7ish bloke , skinny with glasses , not nerdy but far from the scruffy side .
King ... yeah , my height , small to medium build , rough looking with a hard okka accent .

hahaha, a weedy nerd? PFFT!
Mate a few years ago when i was doing martial arts, i broke a bone in my foot. Doc asked how, i explained, then he asks how tall i was, and says he wouldnt want to meet me in a dark alley! Even my sensei didn't like it when i put all my strength into a throw or something. Totally winded him once with a throw.
If i could lean up a bit and get some muscle definition i'd be built like a brick shithouse, instead of the shit brickhouse i am at the moment, lol.
