Guys the CARINE Club Members have decided to close the track for the month of April and maybe part of MAY, this is to allow for the track surface to have some serious work done to it, this will include the screeding, rakeing and a shit load of compacting to bring the surface back to the required specs ALL racers love.
The Mini T guys in particular will benifit from this closure and work, as the rocks will therefore not be bigger than the Trucks, also they wont disappear into holes on the track surface. !clap
Will keep all informed as to when many hands will be required for a day or two.
If anybody has contacts in the heavy roller game please let me know on 0419 257 882, email t3davies@iinet.net.au or Hm, 9247 2812. This would help greatly as far as COST goes
Cheers.
Mitch. ;)

Guys soon as the track is back up to scratch, we'll be back racing, weather permitting of course, will keep all informed of the dates and times for the work schedule.
Thanks for the comments so far, at least it looks and sounds all positive for the future of the club hey

~:( Sorry guys the work detail has had to be postponed due to the Watering Truck not being available, plus such short notice for the masses, I'll post an announcement as soon as the time schedule has been rearranged.
Hey thanks for the ask Matto.

hi all ,
The carine club will be holding a busy bee for track work on the 29th of may 05 . as every body knows the carine club has only ahandful of members and with the up and coming bombshell classic on the 24th of july and state titles 24-26 september we desire to delight the interclub hardcore with a great racing surface . so what we are saying is if you have a spare hour to give a little help. we ask you all to come and help . i endeavour to try and make this happen . we are not asking you to stay all day , and please dont turn up for a look with a poor story . as people do , enough is enough and hopefully we may see you ,

bombshell classic july 24th , bombshell warm up 10th july 9am til 1.30
The bombshell classic for them that dont know is preimer truck race meeting , tyres are open , and there will be supporting classes , 2wd+4wd stock 2wd+4wd modified emaxxs + mini t,s
and is great chance to get ready for the w.a state titles .

we will be holding a state titles warm up race day for the massive ,

p.s if your coming to the bee bring a broom ect , as we have only little ,

Good on ya Mike. :)

Graham and I will be at the track to help out.

I brought myself a wide broom for the track. I will bring that and the usual shovels and rakes.

Have you thought about a work order sheet to give us plebs direction when fixing the track up? (A scope of works)

Should we all chip and get a large compactor?

To any one coming to the carine busy bee , the track just needs the top brooming and sides cleaned of grass , rocks ect , and us carine boys will do the big work as we hopefully will be making some new jumps if we can get some clay in time,
so bring your big broom , rake , ect as we need to get all the little rock from the sides of the track away . and theres some other jobs that are easy ,

come along and go at your own pace ,

mk,

p.s if any one has any paint they dont want can they bring it ,
