I picked up the KAN1050 pack for $28 on friday from RMS. But i worked out you can make em up for about $16/17. (from the cell figures BB gave me), thats swoite.

wait till I get my slipper, change the servo and change my mamba to 'extreme' hahaha problem is, you can only use the power on the straights!

Ivan gave both of us a hard time in his STOCK standard Mini-T!!!! (even stock motor) coz he was just plodding around the track, bastard.

Justin, come down, I raced last fri with one battery. got over 2 races off it, easy.

thats got me thinking. I'd be neat if the bayswater track could have some kind of gate thingo on it that halved the track size. I def recon the track is a little large for 1/18ths. you can hardly see them over the back of the track! :(

just use the front half of the track (straight, first turn, doubles, doubles, single, cut across the track, to the large tabletop, back around final turn onto straight again)

I tend to agree with the "no" on making the track shorter.
The back section is nice & tricky with those "bumps" & that kink in he back section between the flat top corner & that jump.
(excuse my lack of technical terms).

Even with the standard motor I find it fun.
Cutting the track in half might make it a tad boring?
(my 2 cents worth).

Both Perth RC and Perth Hobby Centre have the KAN cells

Bring them on friday but would be better if maybe we did them on Saturday night??? The Mrs's is out Sat night so its easier then!
