So I sent my Mamba 6800 back at the end of March, to Bishop Power Products.

He swapped it for a Mamba 8k, and sent it back a week later (apparently).

I'M STILL WAITING FOR IT!!!

Anyone else have these sort of problems when buying from b-p-p??

How long have you been waiting since he supposedly sent it? Have you contacted him again?

I contacted him on Friday and he hasnt replied yet. This is starting to piss me off now!

geez that is ridiculous....I think people have a tendancy (myself included) to praise a company without having experienced their *whole* service. I've noticed it seems like as soon as you've handed your money over, they don't want to waste much more time with you.

Just a suggestion, post on one18th forums and ask if anyone's had bad experiences. Everytime I had a problem with lack of communication, I'd post something bad about them, and coincidently, they'd reply to my emails all of a sudden.

This one18th.com dude said he'd refund my postage for a mixup. Firstly it took over a week to get him to do it and I had to remind him. Secondly, it's been 13days and no sign of the refund even though he said it's been done.

Surprisingly, ESP have been great with me. Apart from their refusal to communicate at first, and the $100+ overcharge, they sent me a free replacement wheelie bar wheel after I enquired how much they would cost to buy.

I brought a couple of mamba's when they were giving free shipping. They arrived pretty quick but the left out a packet of micro Deans plugs :(

Ok so he replied to my email.

He said that according to when he sent it, it should arrive this week.

We'll see...

I'm beginning to think that he has shipped it the slow method through USPS, which takes 4-6 weeks...the shipping mysteriously cost me exactly the same what that shipping method costs, so I might be waiting a while longer...I tell ya what, I wont be buying from b-p-p anymore.

Yes slow freight is a bit of a bugger. I stuffed up when I made my first RCMart order, I selected normal shipping (Last week) :@ They only sent it yesterday via standard Hong Kong air mail. :?

Hope it rocks up next week so I can put it all together for the speed run! !amazed

I just want my motor for the start of Mini-T racing season at Ryper...but I dont think its going to make it :(

Might have to borrow a regular ESC to use my Losi Speed Motor, until it arrives

YAY, the Mamba FINALLY arrived this morning!

Also going to pick up my Hi-Mark 5.4k today, as my "short track" motor...and I'll be using that tonight because I've never raced before and I dont want to have all that power under my trigger finger!

I love fixing RCs, but Mini-Ts are a bit harder to work on...sooo small!

Not to mention I dont have a .05 hex driver :(
