It is about 4 times bigger than a standard 1/10 truck expect 4 times the price for the body.

Apparantly Proline is bringing out a Truck shell for the Buggy.

i hope that the truck shell is better than the baja desert rat body mine was stuffed after running 1 1/2 tanks running in the dunes

Yeah at the moment I am running one of the PSR Clone baja painted shells, but I am tempted just to ditch the shell entirely.

lol , yeah weird that .. considering its really only a thin piece of plastic thats simply been melted over a hot moulded piece of steel

yeah, i've contemplated that business a few times, hardest bit is the molds and a 5 axis machine to make them.

dude , get a mould made and its paid itself off after a few shells , you can easily make the shrink machine off most plans on the net .
I remember when i was doing 1:5 scale i actually made a large mould of a Lotus Elise for it just never got round to actually shrinking a shell over it .
Sold the mould on ebay for around $250
