Hey blokes , ive had this floating around for about 6 months and was firstly undecided on colour scheeme but now undecided on the chassis im gonna mount it on to .

Do yas reckon this would suit the AX10 ... atleast if i put it on this i wont damage it as much as if i mount it on the emaxx .

Hummers don't go fast and do big jumps

They ride 30's and sit in rich rappers garages!!

yeah im with Kb , i love big rims but you also need tyre walls as they just look like cheap chinese mock ups plus the rims must be chunky and not thin spoke type looking ( unless you got MASSIVE and i mean MASSIVE disc breaks to back them

I spotted a new H3 hummer last week that was black and had what looked like HUGE 30" rims on it and tyres that where so thin they looked painted on and yeah it looked cool but total stupid at the same time. Hummers are crap off road and are just for poser.

KingBob
13-01-2009, 06:38 PM
Its not even a real hummer. Pretty sure the H3 is a chevy Silverado chassis, with a different body on it.

shaun
13-01-2009, 06:46 PM
Yeah something like that. I have seen a few off road tests of the H2 and H3 and there both rubbish and the first hummer the H1 is ok off road till you come to a normal track and then its to wide and heavy to be any good.

obzELiTe

yeah, the h1 was made to go where there are no tracks, the h2 and h3 are made for low iq rappers and white ppl that want you to think they have money

Those Dakar beasts sposed to be based around a H2? Don't think there is much factory underneath? Not that any of the Dakar cars are any different. The others look pretty mean, but the Dakar Hummer has all munted proportions. It's more obvious that it's just a skin on a space frame than the other cars. Good on 'em for having a go.

The H3 is just a joke. They are so pissweak. I see the appeal of a H2 for pose value, if that's your bent. But the H3 is just try-hard, so obvious that you can't afford a proper one, but instead of buying some other decent 4x4 you buy that POS and don't get any of the cred that goes along with the others. Waste of money.

We had a 2005 H2 on loan for 2 days before we decided on the Cayenne ( yeah i know totally different cars to compare ) .

Bloody nice truck and i did " Like " it but its not and no where near an every day car and its not just the fuel consumption ( says me whos cars drinking close to 25L per 100ks ) but its just a big industrial truck crying to be taken off road as its just awesome and full of grunt and grip .

For $120gs on road ( 2005 @ 35,000ks ) theres no value if your just driving it on the streets .

+1!

Those things are awesome. Did you see the Nemesis on last weeks Fifth Gear? Looked like amazing fun to fang one of those things around the dirt. Do want!

Yeap my brotherinlaw has a H2 over east and its rubbish. The nissan patrol cost a heap less and I get into places he cant so ill say it again....the hummer is crap. Also read any non american 4wd mag and ill bet it never rates higher than any real 4wd nissan or toyota make for half the price. I had a ride in a H1 when they first came into aust and that was a great 4wd till you tryed to drive it on the trails and it was to wide for the tracks already layed down so you would always have one side running off the tracks and thats a big problem when your in tight rocky areas so its kinda usless. The H3 is a joke as a real 4wd, Its to heavy, underpowered, uses to much fuel, has supension that was designed by fools and for a large bulky 4wd has an interior that seems to not match its dimensions eg poorly packaged. Anyway if one is happy to have a 2nd rate 4wd for twice the cost of a real 4wd just for the pose value then good luck to them as most people just think there tools.

And before anyone makes comments why there right and I'm wrong all ill say is its the same as the ford V's Holden or Toyota V's Nissan argument. I'm a ford and Nissan man myself :)

haha , nah , in the garage somewhere .

Its hard when youve got a Sunday off and just want to spend time on the RCs but your wife constantly busts your balls , you see i dont know if you know this but im married to a woman who sees it as a crime to sit down on the weekend

Dont you worry though son , ill give her 2 more weekends for the bullshit she wants done round the house then after that she can shove anything she wants done up her ass as shes gonna find out Sunday is relax day .

I swear man , i work 7 days a week sometimes just so i dont have to be home ... were totally stuffed when we are both retired and home together

if they didn't have tits you would throw rocks at them.

sounds like my world. and then she tries to tell me that her day was hard work when she got to have coffee in the morning with friends, one kid is at school all day and other one you chuck on the floor until the batteries go flat then chuck her in bed.

god its going to be good when she gets to go back to work and its my turn to be a house husband.

hahaha , nah , thats 1 thing i cant complain about my misses , she works full time and we both contribute the same towards 2 kids but **** man its as if she seriously thinks that if you sit down on a day your entitled to do nothing that youll catch a desease and die .

Im not gonna say its a wog woman thing because every bloke says the same bout his misses but i just cant work it out .

At the end of the day this is my motto :

All women are the same model ... they just look different

I appologise to the women on this forum but Jesus , all a guy wants is atleast a day a week ( or atleast half a day ) to himself to do what he wants without being nagged or made to feel guilty for relaxing .

Further to that i made a little bullseye type cut out about 30cm diameter with the red target circles and in black is written " bust my balls " to replicate a tv remote button .

I sit that on my couch on the weekends because what happens is the second you sit down , she coincedently starts on something so i stand up , point to the bullseye and say to her " See , i sit on the couch push that bullseye button and its a remote control for you to start "

Why does he have what looks like a 20" rim with low profile mud tyre on a truck with trax on it? not much chance of a flat, and if it does break the wheel will be useless.
Nice colour but.
