The Baja 5B 2.0 gives you more speed, better acceleration, improved handling and THREE fantastic new looks! The awesome gray-anodized look of the Baja 5T truck comes to the buggy, with all of the main aluminium parts now anodized a cool, sleek gunmetal colour. The body is now available in three fantastic new designs: bright red, cool blue and subdued gray.

So its less a Baja 2.0, more a 1.2. Same thing, just different color, and a few modified pieces.

See best option now is the Baja clones, strip out the stock motor and chuck in a Zenoah 26cc 4 Bolt motor, 668 Carb and a Rear Dom pipe. Instant Wheelies :)

Why would one wast money of inferior Chinese made rip offs.

The King Motor clones now are actually a dead ringer for the 5B and if anything the engine is a tad stronger!
Go to www.ozlargescale.com (http://www.ozlargescale.com) and ask some of the guys there!

Yeap dead ringer. Like the guy in china last week who must have thought the same about the dead ringer of a mobile phone he just got......yeap it was a dead ringer as the battery pack blew up after he finished charging it and put it into his shirt pocket..he died from blood loss when some shrapnel sliced open his artery. Ill stick to buying from HPI if I want another baja.

the only reason good things are said about them on that forum is because ozlargescale is owned by powerslide and he only sells the king motor baja
if you get on there and say anything negative about a king baja it gets deleted:confused:

Yeah YouTube shows a few bids of them falling apart on the most basic of jumps spitting rear arms and axles

the shock shafts are pressed into the bottom eyes pull out real easy the arms go brittle and break even crappier steering servo and quite few other small things
there is a reason why they are half the price of a real HPI baja
i will never sell mine will have to get the cook one soon
