Novak has introduced a new range of motors with some capable of handling 3 cell LiPo's.
The Ballistic Brushless Motor series – which consists of six different motor turns: 3.5T - 8.5T (#3603 - #3608)

Now all they need is a esc capable of running 3S with these motors. :)
