Hi, first post, I ordered one of these with pair of LiPo 2S batteries and charger so I should be ready-to-run when it arrives and charges up.

I looked for YouTube vids but didn't see any inspiring good drivers doing good circuits, I'll search for Traxxas Rustler VXL drivers, the alternative truck I considered.

I started out in RC several years ago with an RC experienced friend lending his old electrics to get my M-01 (iirc) Rover Mini Cooper FWD.
I sold that to get an HPI Pro4 with RX8 body to run with him as "Team Drift-o" in carparks electrical tape strips on stock tyres or PVC reticulation pipe for drift tyres.
I sold that and stopped RC. Friend went onto proper drift tyres, then into a nitro racer, nitro buggy, monster truck, mini trucks, crawler, micros, then he sold it all.

He's waiting to see/test my E-Firestorm Flux before he decides to splash out on the expensive hobby again. I'll post back with pics or vids after it arrives.

Order is on its way, I asked for Red but they only had Silver, so Hi-ho Silver Away!

Has anyone designed offroad tracks in Google Sketchup and layed them onto Google Earth?

Our work is having a junk cleanup next month with 2 skip bins of stuff being loaded, so I can scavenge heaps of free bits and bobs to build a track.

Plug and play, the Venom LiPo Charger is the worst product of any sort I've bought in a very long time.

Justo took some pics with his phone, I drained one 5000mAh battery (to the ESC low voltage LiPo cutoff) with plenty of oversteer tyre spinning dirt roosting fun.

25C Intellect vs. 30C Intellect batteries weren't separable in a drag race, mine ran out first, so I must have been driving faster, I win :)
