OK - so really, i have had nothing but problems with these trinity monsters!!!

First off, i was running the 3racing ball diff and swing shafts...was fine with the stock and topcad alum wheels - but then i got the trinity wheels. I've snapped 3!!! 3racing driveshafts since
- the first shaft snapped in a bad landing with the off roads, so i figured it was 'normal'.
-the second shaft snapped with the ON roads - BUT - i was driving in a totally straight line on a totally flat area of car park BITUMEN!!!
-the third one snapped also with the on roads, and also in a straight line - on a straight road out the fron of my house.

Now - i had made sure there was no binding or even 'looseness' to the wheels - ESPECIALLY the 3rd time - i had checked it all thoroughly, and it was all nice and tight. The last two snaps didnt even occur during acceleration! It was like, i was driving - and then i have a wheel rolling away from the chassis!!!

To make things even worse - i had tried the wheels with my GPM shafts and the stock diff (waiting on gpm ball diff to arrive at LHS).
and i STILL had problems!!! This time tho - the pin has stripped the inside of the wheel!!!!

Has anyone else had ANY problems with these trinitys???? Why am i being punished like this????? What the hell am i doing wrong here??? -lol-

cant really say, havent seen em in action :( man that sucks.

I'm using losi ball diff, mamba 6800 and standard crap dogbone shafts and dont have a problem, yet. heh

is the trinity monster rebuildable? hrmmm. try your old dogbone shafts, etc?

i dont get it - when u say "is the trinity monster rebuildable?" - As in - the wheel? The slot that the drive pin has been totally stripped by the pin :(

They would hold up ok with the GPM shafts, except the drive pin shredded one of the off road wheels - so i'm kinda scared to try it out again with the on roads -lol-
The funny thing, is that there was no slop or anything in the rear at all on any of the runs where i snapped the shafts, or when the pin stripped the wheels - do you guys think i should try it anyways? I suppose i have nothing to lose -lol-

so - i'm now left with 2 front trinity offroad monsters in good nick, and one good rear off road, and the on roads are sweet....so maybe i should see if it'll shred the on roads? i dunno...maybe i should sell em -lol-

any ideas? &|
