Hey blokes , as a few know ive got an AX10 which has had soo much use its still new ( shelf queen sarcasm ) .

Im thinking of flogging it off on ebay this week to buy 1 of these :

I know the hardcore blokes here would probably call me an idiot but im not into competition , im not into thrashing it and to be honest with you it will probably be lucky if it gets used for more than an hour a year .

I just like the size of it and looks of it over the AX10 .

Whats the thoughts on this thing .

Plastic Fantastic, although with the lack of use you might just get it past its warranty period before it breaks. http://members.iinet.net.au/%7Ewestern4x4/029.gif

Maybe!!!

dont have to put it on there either ... i can drive the bastard onto the top shelf

I dunno , i just find the AX10 small and when i saw this 1:8 it looked like it meant business and if we can look past the made in China issues , theres quiet a few great Youtube vids of it and it does do some great things .

Sorry for the blokes who are bagging me but i picked up this 1:8 crawler today from 1 of the local hobby shops ( only $60 difference from online so can justify keeping the local bloke in business ) and im sorry guys but its excellent ... for what i want it to do anyway .

Obviously the Axial was a better build and 1 motor is better than seperate motors as it keeps constant 4wd happening but for the sheer size of this beast it just does so much and more .

The boys today were in dis belief ( as was i ) when this thing walked up stairs with no issues , when it actually was able to sit itself on a 10 liter paint drum and go off the other side .

Worth every cent to me .

Yes i take your stance on " its not an Axial " but have you actually had 1 of these in your hands before . I wasnt expecting the performance it has , in fact i even expected touch rubber/ plasticky wheels but yet they are grippy as

Its a MOA (Motor On Axle) so it will do more than a shafty will any day.

Here you go boys .

Its a VERY VERY rushed clip while the misses wasnt home of it going up the stairs but as you can see it didnt struggle what so ever . As great as the Axial was it was too small to do this hence why i wanted a 1:8

The video is by no means showing its full ability as once again it was a 10 second job and i also appologise for the TERRIBLE video quality but try getting a little kid to take a video is impossible

( just uploaded so may take a few mins to work )
