can see with the weather starting to look like its going to turn bad that west coast will probably get washed out soon, want to keep the rc bug itched and thought something like this may do the job.

Dude if u arnt pro in flying forget about it
It's like putting a learner in an f1 car
I've flown that plane about 10 times and I shit myself everytime still and I'd class myself a good flyer

i wanna know how G4 relates to real flying.
i know it cant be as good as the hype, but i can fly anything in that fine. cept choppers, i need more practice with them. fly fine, land fail.

G4 is pretty accurate and an excellent guide to getting familiar with the controls but for something of this speed this weight and surprising real time conditions it's only 50% accurate for that model
If you've never flown something faster than a trainer that plane is suicide , better off donating the money to charity

o im in i need one of those for we have a new runway at work with lights so i need some fast fun and if i crash..well atleast it was on a proper runway and we will have to investage y...lol RB is it really that hard if ya have all the land in the world to practice , is the landing the hard part or the speed of it, im pretty good with planes but really never have played heli.

Hi guys,
I'm a member of WARS rc flying club in Yokine. (opposite Terry Tyzak Pools)
We have about 130 members and I have been flying there for about 3 years I and fly mainly 3D aerobatics.
We are there most saturday and sunday mornings (wind permitting) and have pilots of all skill levels and you can get a pretty good understanding of which planes are best suited for your skills/confidence. We operate out of the park, so it is a very relaxed atmosphere. (Electrics Only!)
G4.5 is the best thing anyone can do before getting a real plane. I thrashed G3 for about a month before I bought my first 'Top Wing' Trainer.
One of these - http://www.modelflight.com.au/rc_model_electric_planes/gws_beaver.htm
The sims aint cheap and I wouldn't say they are 100% accurate (damn close), but will save you heaps in money and heartache in the long run.
Here's a pic of my favorite 'huck' plane, The Addiction. Hit the deck with this one and you need a rake and garbage bad to pick up the match sticks! :p

If any of you fella's are keen, come down and say g'day I'd be more than happy to show ya's around get ya headed in the right direction.
Cheers
Mick
