I was wondering how quick proline would release a bow tie for the trucks.. i knew it was going to happen...

They had to produce something since JConcepts introduced the Goose Bump tyre that will probably be the best for the SC class.

I heard that Panther are also working on a tyre for the SC's too.

I'm hanging out for some one to introduce a aftermarket wheel to suit the SC10.

so there goes the evenness of the field.

Exactly. One of the attractions to this class would be they were all running tyres that don't get shagged after one race meet. Now they'll be in the same boat as trucks where you won't be competitive unless you're wearing a new set of rubber!

Didn't you say your putting your money on a Slash and Gorillamaxx chassis?

This chassis conversion is alright but new tyres are not?

How about you two get yourselves one of these vehicles then you can complain about the rules all you want when the class gets reconised as a points class.

We have been getting a lot of great input from those competing in the class already. There have been several people that have destroyed a set of tyres already and upgraded with the only tyre they could get at the time. If the time comes around again to upgrade to another tyre I can bet you that they will be choosing the tyre that is available over the tyre that the vehicle came with.

Yeah, all true but would be nice to see a really durable tyre developed to match the durability of the rest of the vehicle.

I'm a fence sitter at the moment so will see how it all pans out. They do look like fun though and nice to know T-boning someone is an accepted part of racing them!

a well executed P.I.T. is a key overtaking maneuver.. T-bone slows ya down. :)
