Jelly rubber launch thingy for gliders

I have a glider and no way of launching it properly. I am chasing a jelly rubber launch sling thing. I dont know what theyre called, but if you have one you will know what I am refering to.

try a dive shop they will have some jelly rubber off a spear gun or a gidgie thats what i used to use
