Just wondering if anyone has a Traxxis Slash that they might want to sell? in good condition no radio gear if possible.

Mate a few of us tried getting these 2nd hand before, noone who has one is selling them, and most stores in Australia have been out of stock for months.

Look at getting one online, mine worked out to $370 landed by EMS post and took 6 days to arrive from the US

Except the Caster Blocks, I'd get the Traxxas Alloys on those, I've already snapped both the stockers and one RPM one.

The young bloke is looking at getting a slash. Does anyone recommend any online stores to deal with and the best method of getting posted from US? Please excuse my lack of online knowledge (never purchased online before), what or who is EMS post?

I got mine through amainhobbies (www.amainhobbies.com (http://www.amainhobbies.com)), EMS is international courier.

I ordered mine Friday night and it was here the next Wednesday and still worked out cheaper than buying locally (even though noone locally seems to have stock)

Dont laugh but SIK Rocko have them too, but they're dearer. Must be having an opening sale.
SIK just got almost 200 Traxxas vehicles in, including all the VXL's, the Slash and the Summit.
They're pretty peeved though that no Slayers turned up!

he said he would do them 20 cheaper than the other shop

Might have a SC10 Rolling shell for sale next week. Brought one at the start of the week on ebay, and just brought another 2nd hand RTR. Will see what happens when the second one arrives if your interested, should be mid to late next week

I'll agree with that, had one been available for up to $400 locally when I was buying one I would have chosen that option no question.
