can any one give me a list of spares i should have
and any hopups that i should do as well

Race it for a few weeks and see what breaks Eddie. I've only done the c-hub in mine, but from most reports they're pretty durable. Hopups - TRF shocks are the go apparently, with one-ways next. If you go brushless, get the IFS-R pulleys. Not much you need to do besides bling bits.

only main things I'd upgrade are the suspension blocks the hingepins pivot on, they flog out overtime until one hit and the pin escapes out the side.

Besides that only really necessary upgrade are front CVD's, everything else is servicable.

Spares I'd keep 1 belt, a set of centre pulleys, a couple of spurs and front and rear C hubs. That should see you sorted for a while!
